Requirements

(Responsible for online presence, engagement, and brand tone)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing (especially in B2C apps and lifestyle products).

  • Content creation skills (graphics, captions, videos, memes).

  • Deep understanding of audience psychology, especially singles, dating cultures, and trends.

  • Proficiency in social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube.

  • Analytics experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Campaign planning for launches, partnerships, or events (e.g., Valentine’s Day promos).

  • Experience with ad management (paid social ads, boosting posts, targeting).

Soft Skills:

  • Creative, witty, and engaging.

  • Ability to adopt a fun, flirty, or emotionally intelligent tone.

  • Highly responsive and trend-aware.

  • Strong communication and coordination with the product and dev teams.

CUSTOMER/SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

 

Requirements

(Handles user queries, complaints, and onboarding)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).

  • Knowledge of app functionality and user flow (registration, matching, subscriptions).

  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.

  • Sales experience (especially in upselling premium subscriptions or memberships).

  • Understanding of user privacy, trust, and safety concerns.

Soft Skills:

  • Empathetic, patient, and professional.

  • Can handle sensitive or emotional topics (breakups, abuse reports, fake profiles).

  • High emotional intelligence.

  • Fluent in written and verbal communication.
